We make every effort to display our custom metal cards and other products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Your placement of an order does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified after order submission.
All prices are in USD and exclude shipping, taxes, and duties unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order placement.
For custom metal cards, you are responsible for providing accurate artwork and specifications. Once production begins (after your approval of any proof, if provided), orders cannot be modified or cancelled. We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied designs, spelling, grammar, or low-resolution images.
We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping (reported within 7 days of receipt with photos). Refunds, if approved, exclude shipping costs.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is our property or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
By submitting designs or content for custom products, you represent that you own or have rights to use such materials and grant us a non-exclusive license to produce and fulfill your order.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Metal Cards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site/products.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Karachi, Pakistan.
